Lake Nakuru lies in the Rift Valley, one of the eight lakes which stretch the Length of Kenya. The 160 km’s drive from Nairobi passes through the highlands of the Kikuyu people before descending an escarpment into the dramatic landscapes of the rift. Lunch in the park is followed by a tour which focuses on the spectacle of a million flamingos, but covers the large variety of wildlife in the park.
